4th of July & Camping

Our 4th of July weekend Started on June 30th,

Jadyn and I went shopping for some new outfits and got 4th of July Pedicures!!
((I tried gettin a shot of our toes together but she
wouldn't hold still, this was the best I got of her toes)
She also scratched her cute little stars off :(
& offered to take mine off as well :)



July 1st
We headed home (to Blanding) and camped out at Nizhoni Camp ground
We had a family reunion with my dads side of the family,
(his parents and siblings and their offspring)
Our reunions typically last a week!
It is so fun to see everyone even if it is only once a year!
(ps I was horrible at taking pictures I maybe took 1 or 2
and bummed the rest off someone)

This is Jadyn Playing Dora the Explorer :)
She LOVED bein in the mountains with everyone!
This makes me hate the city that much more :(



Then we did some of this....

We had shooting contests,
biggest pancake contest :)
more shooting
lots of yummy dutch oven food
& more camping food!
More shooting and more food!
We had so much fun just kickin dirt around
with no worries.. (other the the FREAKIN bugs!!!!)
.......

Then of course the 4th in BLANDING!
its always fun to come home and see old friends

(was it me or did it seem a little less crowded this year?)

We left to come home on the 4th and stopped in sandy to watch the fireworks.



What a long trip... it was nice to come home to a "real" bed



It took a little more than nap time and regular sleep time
for Jadyn to catch up on her sleep
I kept finding her around the house asleep poor girl!!




It was a blast and cant wait for next year to come!!!
